At Ardesia, we handcraft and pack each product with utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange a return or replacement.
We do not offer refunds once a product is delivered. Returns are accepted only for damaged products, and the request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must share a video of the unboxing, clearly showing the damage. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order.
- Products that are used, worn, or returned without evidence will not be eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, please email us at ardesia.radiant.she@gmail.com with your order number and unboxing video. Once approved, we will guide you on the return procedure or initiate a replacement.
No refunds or exchanges will be entertained beyond the stipulated time or without proof of damage.
